Lunch & Learns
Our variety of professionals will present informational programs on relevant health and wellness topics. These engaging presentations take 45 minutes and are followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. Lunch & Learn programs are recommended for 25 – 35 participants per session, and multiple sessions can be accommodated per day. Ask us about our extensive list of topics to choose from!

Exercise is the key to getting employees to make a difference in their health. Studies show employees are more likely to start and sustain a fitness program when they have access to fitness professionals. Our staff are known for their unique ability to communicate, educate and motivate! We can set up onsite fitness classes on a daily or weekly basis.
